  1. For what purpose do we process your data

At Ambiente Neutro we will process your data in accordance with the provisions of the regulations in force on the protection of personal data, according to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (RGPD) and Laws No. 58/2019 and 59/2019, manually and/or automated for the following purposes:

  • Respond to queries, doubts presented or any request made by email or through any of the contact forms available to you. 
  • Comply with legally established contractual obligations.

The content of communications, such as products or services, will be customized according to the interests of the Customer.

  1. How long will we keep the data

Ambiente Neutro will only keep your data while the contractual relationship lasts and there is a mutual interest and, subsequently, during the legally established deadlines for the resolution of possible responsibilities arising from it. In the event that there is a request for – and if legally possible – the deletion of your data, they will be deleted with the appropriate security measure to guarantee the pseudominization of the data or the total destruction of the same.

Payment and invoicing data will be kept within the deadlines established by the respective economic/accounting and tax regulations.

 

  1. What legitimizes the processing of data

Execution of the contract / Legal obligations

With regard to transactions for the purchase/sale of services/products, the data collected are mandatory for their execution. In this sense, the interested party is obliged to provide the data necessary for its execution. If you do not provide us with this data, it will not be possible to carry out the commercial transaction.

Consent

Whenever Ambiente Neutro needs to use, store or process personal data, which are not strictly necessary for established contracts or for purposes other than the initial ones, it requests your consent. The withdrawal of consent for the processing of additional data by the Customer will not condition the execution of the purchase and sale contract concluded between the same and Ambiente Neutro.

Ambiente Neutro does not, under any circumstances, sell data from Customers, Suppliers, Partners, Online Store Users and other external entities to third parties. Data may be made available to subcontracted companies that provide services to Ambiente Neutro. All of them have regularized access to this data with us for the purpose exclusively described here.

We may also transfer the data to Public Administrations and Bodies, when required by tax, labor, Social Security or any other applicable regulations.

Your data will be communicated in cases where it is necessary for the fulfillment of the contractual relationship established and in the cases provided for by law. International transfers of data to recipients located in countries outside the European Economic Area, including countries that provide a level of data protection equivalent to that of the European Union, are not envisaged.
